We Established in the United States of America, the AKHIL VISHWA HINDI SAMITI INC. focuses on fostering the cultural heritage of India through promotion and propagation of Hindi and its literature.

Etymology

The term Hindī originally was used to refer to inhabitants of the region east of the Indus.

Linguistic Variety

Hindi is the fourth most-spoken first language in the world, after Mandarin, Spanish and English

Devanagari Script

Hindi is written in the Devanagari script, an abugida. Devanagari consists of 11 vowels and 33 consonants and is written from left to right.

To preserve and promote India's culture through language by inspiring the younger generation to learn and speak Hindi as well as by keeping those enthused who already know Hindi.
